The Byzan-Tones: Tonight in Brooklyn
My friend George BarbaYiorgi’s band, The Byzan-Tones is appearing tonight (Wednesday, July 11th at 9 PM) at Zebulon Cafe.
Looking for a packaging angle to illustrate their Byzantine Surf Rock, I searched on eBay for 1960s Ouzo…
(Interesting, that the 1960s Greek aperitif is photographed at a Dutch angle.)
And since we’ve been talking about soda today, there’s also an Ouzo-flavored soda called “Ouzon”…
